PRESENCE 2023 Grenache Zero SO2

Light red.. Dark rosé, does it matter… Hots on for nowhere, sit back, relax & enjoy the ride. We’re in safe hands here with excellent Grenache fruit grown by Cory Hope up in the Pyrenees at the Shays Flat site. Cory manages 50 hectares of vines over three sites in the valley which are all farmed certified organic, a huge undertaking in my book. It's one of the best sets of vineyards in the Pyrenees which we are so lucky to have access to. Here we have Grenache: 30% whole bunch, a week undisturbed in a concrete fermenter, basket pressed off directly to barrel. 9 months elevage in various sized casks, no SO2 & estate bottled straight after racking for cask. This vintage of Presence is looking absolutely excellent, so fine, so pure excellent fruit with great fine tannin to back it all up.
